Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation or appointment amendment will result in the full price of the treatment being charged / no refund will be given.
- If you turn up to your appointment 15 minutes or later, you will be turned away and no refund will be given.
- It is the responsibility of the client to keep track of appointments once booked and in case of no-show, no refund will be given.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Please understand that we are a small business and all Terms & Conditions have been put in place to cover the business.
Booking Policy
To make an appointment, whether by phone or in person, you will either need to make a deposit payment of 50% or pay for your chosen treatment in full.

We understand that appointments will inevitably have to either be changed or cancelled. As a standard practice, we will allow appointments to be changed if you provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your booked slot.

No refund will be given without a minimum of 24 hours notice.​
​
Late cancellations and ‘no-shows’ disrupt the conscientious and prompt service we aspire to provide to all.
Late Arrival
We understand that there are many reasons that could cause you to be late for your appointment.

If you know you are going to be late for your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.
We will always try our best to give you the time you've paid for. However, as you can understand, your treatment time is limited by the next appointments made by other customers. We, therefore, have to protect the time for each slot booked by other customers.

If you don't tell us at least 24 hours in advance that you will be late, no changes will be made to your appointment and no refund will be given.

Our therapists are happy to adjust pressure, musical volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it. You can inform our therapist at anytime during your treatment if you feel any discomfort or uncomfortable about anything. Our aim is to make sure that you feel relaxed and comfortable.
Professional Boundaries
If you make any sexual requests you will be asked to leave immediately. We will also report you to the authorities for harassment and you will be banned permanently.

The breast and genital area will not be massaged under any circumstances. A professional distance will be maintained from these areas at all times.
Confidentiality & Conversation
Any conversations you have with us or our therapists are completely confidential.

To avoid any uncomfortable situations, we will avoid discussing topics of a political, private or sexual nature during your treatment.
